
Amarone
Every year, we rediscover our tradition as we select the clusters of grapes that allow us to make this wine. The ‘appassimento’ method enables us to fully appreciate the value of very simple practices that transform the grapes into something special.
The manual harvesting, cleaning of the clusters, resting in the drying room, slow and calculated drying, pressing of grapes as winter approaches, the choice of wood for aging, and finally, bottling the wine at the right moment are all factors that contribute to giving this wine an unmistakable character that connects us to an indelible past. This is the Amarone of the Monte Preafita vineyards.
